BOYA BY-MM1+ vs. BY-MM1 Pro! Should you UPGRADE??

In this video I compare the #BOYA BY-MM1+ to the BY-MM1 Pro! Is there any difference between the two microphones and should you ditch the Plus for the Pro? Since the BY-MM1+ is only about $13 cheaper than the BY-MM1 Pro I thought it would be interesting to see if BY-MM1 Pro is worth the extra money.
